On Thursday,the Supreme Court termed theElectoralBondsSchemeunconstitutional and asked SBI, which issued such bonds to political donors, to submit details of such bonds purchased since the interim order of thecourtonApril12,2019,tilldatetotheElection Commission of India (ECI).“The details shallincludethedateofpurchaseofeachElectoral Bond,the name of the purchaser of the bond and the denomination of the Electoral Bond purchased,” the SC said.
